The Ivan Olivari website is a forum for Ivan's many subjects and mediums.  From pencil drawing, watercolour and acrylic, all reflect his realistic approach to imagery and design.  Influenced by nature and nature's composition Ivan brings us a world of beauty and mystery.

Ivan Olivari's Galleries display a wide variety of subject and medium.  The overall look and construction of his work is consistent and is highly regarded for his unique approach and interpretation of the natural world.

Each one of his works has a sensitivity that is characteristic of the artist himself.  Widely traveled and familiar with different cultures, Ivan Olivari creates work that has universal appeal. 

 

At the request of some of his collectors and for upcoming shows, Ivan is creating paintings about:

Africa - adding to his creations that reflect the environment and culture of Morocco

Europe - particularly from France and Portugal

Canada - adding to his extensive collection of Canadian works in the wildlife and landscape galleries

United States - the Grand Canyon and the Navajo nation

Australia and  some of the Pacific Islands such as New Caledonia and Tahiti.

This international flavour displays a rich pallet of colours and a vivid contrast in compositions.  Indeed from Canada's Wildlife to the Sahara desert, from majestic mountains to islands of the South Seas... from around the 4 Continents; Ivan Olivari is truly and international painter. His last renderings of Moroccan Kasbahs, or fortified villages, built near Oasis, are both mysterious and magical.
